Assouline offers a seamless return process for items in original, sellable condition with all packaging intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or limited edition items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective shipping box to ensure they arrive at our warehouse undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
